I'm not sure if using this product alone will help the dark circles; however, I use mine with Ole Henriksen Truth is in the Eyes and it works wonders for me. I suffer from dark circles as well and these 2 products have helped them disappear immensely.

My under-eye bags were minimized, but not eradicated. So many creams that were equally moisturizing made bags worse....not sure if the creams were too heavy. Anyhow, still worth the $40!

I think so. I have the worst dark circles for years. Raccoon eyes really. My right eye is also baggier than the other. That and pale skin really doesn't work together. I asked the sales guy at Sephora and he recommended this. He was absolutely raving about it so I thought I might as well try. Every product review never mention dark circles so it's really hard to figure out if it works or not. It's been about 6 weeks. I don't think there were major differences in the first few weeks. I've used it twice a day nearly every day. I think diligence is key. I definitely notice my circles getting lighter and the skin in the under area isn't as saggy as it was before. I think the best part was when my bf asked if I was wearing under eye make up (I do that quite often actually) and I answered no. It's still dark though and it still have some bagginess so I'll have to keep this up but it's definitely worth a shot.

I have the same issue. I used the Skyn Eye product before I used this one because it helped with the dark circles. In the end, I decided to use both. Skyn for the circles, and this for the fine lines. This product really can't be beat for that.

I try new products all the time if they don't work out Sephora refunds my $$. Read the return policy & don't use more than half before returning it.

I also have dark circles and I have never been able to find a cream or serum to help. I think this product is good for minor or beginning wrinkles, not for dark circles as I haven't noticed a difference. However, keeping the area well moisturized helps as the circles aren't as noticeable. Honestly, shop for a product that is specifically for dark circles and puffiness. This product isn't the one. It's highly moisturizing though.

No. The cream is supposed to be beige.

I bought one jar in which the cream was brown and thick...it was NOT right. The cream had dried out. If it is thick, then it is not right, it shouldn't pull the skin around your eyes. The correct colour is a pale beige with a light, creamy consistency. I'd return yours, like I did with my first jar. Hope this helps.

It used to be creamy white. The most recent jar I got is brownish. I think there is something wrong with it - I'm going to take it back to the store tomorrow and see what they say.

Yes this is normal. The light off white to light brownish color is due to the lack of chemical bleaching in the product.

It irritates my eyes, causing them to water a great deal. If you have sensitive eyes like I do, I'd stop using it for a few days and see if the eye dryness goes away. If it does, then you'll know it's the product causing the problem.

YES I definitely had this reaction too. I switched on and off with the cream to make sure it wasn't an environmental factor (ie allergies) so I switched to Eucerin (no burning) then back to this (burning) and again to Eucerin (no burning).
So I definitely had some sort of strange reaction like you did.

I had almost the exact same reaction to this eye cream. Not quite an allergic reaction just red and burning around the eyes where I applied the cream. I discontinued the use, I figure there is an ingredient in it that does not react with my skin well.

I have found that when my skin is very dry (an effect that I get from cleansers and wintry weather from time to time), it does cause a burning sensation. I typically "power through it" though because it doesn't irritate my skin or cause breakouts once the burning feeling goes away. But if your skin is really chronically dry, you might want to try Hope in a Jar - I've found that it doesn't irritate at all.

This product has caused 0 burning or irritation for me, it sounds like you have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients, I'd return it, Sephora is usually good about those things!

IT worked, foutunatly I only had a sample size. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! MY EYES ARE STILL ON FIRE AND EXTREMELY LIGHT SENSITIVE SINCE USING!!!! I stoped 2 nights ago. This product nearly blinded me!

Yes it helps reduce the look of wrinkles. It's heavy moisturizer so applying a little goes a long way. But as a rule of thumb always drink lots of water to hydrate.

Not on current fine lines. At least not after over a months usage. I have fine lines, that are still there, but I believe it may help prevent future lines as it is hydrating.

Yes! I've used it for years and it minimizes lines and even dark circles a little bit over time but its not a miracle cream that will work instantly.

If you have a serious allergy, I would request a copy of the Material Safety Data Sheet from the manufacturer. They might even have them available online.

I like Visual Truth Eye cream, have noticed my dark circles fading. I'm not sure this cream offers "lift" though. Maybe, combine it with something else? I'm 50 and my face was transformed by The Three Little Miracles. These are the best products on the market.
