I have no sensitivity to this product and I have a very hard time finding products that don't cause my eyes to burn, water or become irritated. It dries to a nice smooth texture, not dewy and moist, this way the concealer or foundations smooth on really nicely. It does not settle in lines, but smooths them out. It is Well worth every penny and is really the best primer/base I've ever used. It truly does sort of melt into the lines/imperfections to smooth them.

It dries dry and leaves your skin butter soft. They have testers in the store, so you can see if you're sensitive to it. It makes my skin look so perfect for my age, that sometimes that's wear with a sweep of SPF translucent powder.

Nobody had more sensative eyes than me, that is why I have a hard time with so many products. This product is perfect, it does not burn or make your eyes water, the use is wonderful around the delicate eye area and the finish is amazing, a soft feel and look that is not too dry or greasy, just radiant, I guess the dewy description would be best.

I wish Sephora would put the ingredient list for all the products and not just some. I checked and they do not have it for this product; so here it is straight from the Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch box - I think being a chemist would come in handy about now.
Ingredients: cyclopentasiloxane. dimethicone. dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer. hydrogenated vegetable oil. vinyl dimethicone/ methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer. silica. disteardimonium hectorate. pentaerythrityl tetraisostearate. alcohol. tocopheryl acetate. butylene glycol, silica dimethyl silylate, acacia senegal gum. phenoxyethanol. caprylyl glycol. hexylene glycol. CI77019/mica . CI77491/iron oxide. CI77891/titanium dioxide. CI75470/carmine.
For me this is the best line filler I've tried and I think it is the only one by Clarins. I did not like the Sephora Collection "Tricks of the Trade" Immediate Wrinkle Filler which appears to be very similar but the end results were not. Loreal has a new one, Studio Secrets Professional Magic Perfecting Base, that also at first glance looks nearly the same but it was awful. A lot of primers I've tried are too light-weight. They do keep make-up fresh and in place but also seem to be slightly drying and I don't feel that they do anything for fine lines. To answer your question, this does not have a dry finish; my skin feels refreshed and hydrated, I guess you could use dewy to describe it. For me, the ones that have a dry finish accentuate the little lines rather disguise them. I hope my answer/opinion was helpful.
