No High beam is not a concealer. it only gives light to certain areas of the face to make it looks brighter.
you may wanna use Sephora concealer (make sure you moisturize before applying it)

It would depend on whether or not your skin has pink undertones. If your skin has pink undertones, then highbeam is the one for you since it's a shimmery pink. If your skin has yellow undertones, then moonbeam would be the one for you, since it's more of a shimmery yellow/gold colour. But since you said you use "MAC NC30", the "C" stands for "cold" or "cool" as in cool-toned skin. Cool-toned skin is skin that has pink undertones. So you should get the highbeam. Hope this helped and good luck!

I have dark brown hair, brown eyes, medium skin and also use MAC NC30 and I am in love with high beam. I have tried moon beam, originally thinking that because my skin tone was medium that it would look better than high beam because of the golden undertones, but I was wrong. Something about the medium skin and cool undertones...high beam just looks more natural and I find that it shows up a lot better! I would definitely recommend it over moon beam for someone with your characteristics.

I think that High Beam would work for you. I haven't tried Moon Beam, but High Beam is great. I definitely recommend it. I t would probably work with your skin-tone.

Both High Beam and Moon Beam are universal for all skin tones as a highlighter.
However, I find that Moon Beam compliments darker skin tones (medium to deep) with yellow, olive, or beige undertones. I find that High Beam compliments lighter skin tones (porcelain to medium) with pink, red, or neutral undertones.
With that being said, I own both High Beam and Moon Beam. I have medium skintone with olive undertones. Moon Beam looks better if I want to mix it into my foundation. High Beam is more frosty shimmer and Moon Beam is more golden shine. Both are really pretty!
