I use this to "tight line" or rim the inner edge of my lower lid. (I've heard it called the "waterline"). I'm of the Princess Di school of blue tightlining the lower inner eyelid edge, and thank goodness this has updated me to the current era. At night I still like to use dark liner, but during the day this really brightens my eyes and makes me look - hallelujah - younger.
Really creamy and goes on easily. I do blot my lower eyelid with a tissue to dry it so that the pencil adheres better. It's also a good blend of white and peach, so you don't look weird.

You can put a little bit on your finger and pat it into the inner corners of your eyes and under your brow bone. Or you can apply it straight from the pencil to those areas, and just pat it in. Just make sure to blend it well so that it looks seamless with the rest of your makeup.

Unlike other users i apply this after my makeup is done, meaning foundation, eyeshadow, mascara, eyebrows. I use it in the inner corners of my eyes and the outer corners of my eyes as well as my eyebrow arch and under my lower lash line (near the outer corners). The key is to blend enough to notice the highlight but not so much that you wipe the product off. Play with it and step away from the mirror to get an overall look and then upclose to make sure its not terribly noticeable. Remember this is NOT a concealer it is a highlighter. Concealers are meant to hide and cover blemishes discoloration, etc..highlighters are meant to enhance, draw attention to.

I like to apply it under my eyes. I use it like I would use an eyeliner, then I take my fingers and just soften it out or blend it a bit. I use this after applying foundation. It blends really well with the foundation.

I use this to hide the color imperfections on my eyes. I apply it in the circles under my eyes and then I glide it from the outer corner of my eye up to the end of my eyebrow for that extra kick. Then blend, but not too much or you'll wipe it away.

I line it right under the arch of my eyebrow and I blend it with my finger or a foundation brush. You don't want to use too much though or it will over power your eyeshadow.

Urban Decay's Grind House is perfect. You never lose and product and it still manages to leave a nice point. I can't recommend it enough. I use it for all my eye pencils.

Home depot and Lowes have large sharpeners (usually found at the check outs) for 99 cent! That's what I use.

I bought an NYC sharpener, and it has two sizes on it. One for small eyeliners and the other is the perfect size for the eye bright. Urban Decay also has a sharpener that will work for this pencil, but it is kind of pricey.

Try one of the large sharpeners, purchased at any drug store.

When I was at the Sephora store, I know they had thier own brand of sharpener that would work great.

a regular pencil sharpener lol sounds dumb but so true the dinky 50 cent sharpeners that you can use for crayola crayons work perfect i have like hundreds. walmart kmart target they all have them in the school section. they work great and there easy to clean if they get wet and have any rust toss and spend another 50 cents :)

there are some sharpeners form sephora, but i have one form Joe thta wroks well

For $3 there is a white Sephora sharpener that has a small and large
opening that works with Eyebright.

I have an old sharpener from Cover Girl that has 2 size hole/blades. All of my pencils seem to fit in one of them!!

Have you tried Sephora's professional sharpener? (the black and clear plastic one) Always works for me.

Sephora sells a variety of sharpeners that work perfectly. Look for one that contains the shavings in an enclosed section, plus one that has a duo size. They're very inexpensive and last until they get lost. Sephora makes as nice duo sharpener as does NARS and UD (Grind House). DuWop makes a duo sharpener that even sanitizes the pencils as it sharpens.

It really works. I have had more than outstanding results. It creates some sort of optical illusion and makes me look well rested even when I've had hardly any sleep, plus it gives me a wide eyed look, so my eyes look bigger. I love you. It's one of my five have to have products.

I like this a lot better. For me it is less chalky and more blendable and subtle. It looks less obvious and thick in terms of formulation. You can also us it on more places to counteract darkness, like on the sides of your mouth.

I use this every day on the inner and outer corner of my eyes, my waterline and underneath my eye to cover any dark circles. I can't explain to you how it works but I can tell you that it is GREAT!

Awesome both have their own uses, high brow is more emmolient which allows it to glide and blend easy to look super natural. Yet, eye bright is perfect for the tear ducts/inner eye! It's such a thick consistency so it wont move and get in the corner of your eye and give you those sexxxy boogies! Looks fresh all day! Make sure you set it with powder though!!

High brow is excellent for applying under the brow line to brighten up your eyes but it's not pink tinted. The pink tint really is magical for eliminating under eye circles.

I debated in the store about which to purchase and went with Eye bright bacuse I loved how it matched my skin.

I have both and honestly the Eye Bright works better for the inner corner of your eyes. I use High Brow as a highlighter on my brow bone it has a nice shimmer to it.

Personally I liked this better then High Brow. High brow didn't do much for me and this pale pink of Eye Bright really worked well with my skintone & to cover discoloration.

Eye Bright would be excellent if your dark circles are green-ish in tone. Just make sure you put a flesh toned concealer on top so you don't have those white circles around your eyes.

I'm fair skin with darkish blue in the corner of my eyes with a little darkness around the bottom of eyes. This did nothing for me but look like I had light pink pencil on top of the darkness, did not actually brighten or cover anything for me. I would not recommend for a darker skinned person, unless I was just not using it correctly.

With strong yellow undertones in your skin, this is probably not the best product for you. I would recommend Laura Geller eye spackle. It is yellow and does a really good job covering dark circles, but you have to set it right away with pressed powder or mineral makeup to keep it from creasing, because it is very creamy.

What worked for me and was recommended by Paula Begoun's website Beautypedia.com, is Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Double Face Perfector. Covers the circles and doesn't creep into creases like Eye Bright did. The Maybelline product has a concealer end and a highlighter end. You need to blend the concealer fast because it dries quickly.

I am hispanic (dominican and ecuadorian) i am olive skin with TERRIBLE dark circles. I use benefit Bo-ing and erase paste OR benefit lyin eyes to cover my dark circles. The best tip i can give you is to use a concealer like bo-ing and erase paste (a little goes a long way) and use this highlighter in the inner and outer corner of your eyes to draw attention AWAY from your dark circles and more bring more attention to the highlighted areas.

Sephora makes a dual sharpener with a small hole and a larger hole all in one. That is what I use for mine.

I have a really old (probably 20 years) double sharpener from Revlon, for regular pencils and fatter pencils. Keep checking around - I'm sure you'll find something.

If you can't find one use one that is for pencils. That is what I have done in the past. I have even found ones for writing pencils that were large enough. Just find one that has a large opening.
