Is the Marc Jacobs perfume for women the ORIGINAL scent he first came out with in 2001?

I am looking for the original scent I assume. I started wearing it in 2003 long before his other scents came out. But can not find any stores that still sell it. They are only selling Daisy,etc. Is the original what you are selling here??? Thanks so very much!

This is the Orginal. Buy it at Sephora no other place. The staff will pamper you and engage you with there knowledge on every products in there store.

I want to say yes, but I don't know for sure. I had a sample from a long while ago that I loved that just said Marc Jacobs on it and I took a guess and bought this and lo and behold, it's what was in the sample.

Yes, yes, yes! This is the original Marc Jacobs scent. Not all retailers carry it. I don't know why not, it's fabulous! Get it while you can at Sephora because it's not sold everywhere. It's also cheaper at Sephora than most retailers. Good luck! www.twitter.com/gemstar11

give it a shot-- go into a store and try it -this store is great about samples--so even if buying online-I bought it as a sample kit at x-mas time where the kit contained 6 or 8 deluxe samples of different colognes and then you were able to turn in a coupon for a full sized bottle-that way you could test it out first -if you like , then exchange your coupon for a full bottle--if not then you are NOT obligated to buy that scent you could pick another of the samples for a full sized bottle of that -hope this helped

Yes this is the orginal bottle. Know other bottle exist for the orginal Marc Jacob. The 1.5oz bottles are identical just smaller.

There is one in a pale gold bottle that looks like the original. It is a bit different than the original but also very nice. I prefer the original because it is so natural smelling.

What ever happened to Marc Jacobs hair shine. I loved spraying it in my hair.

The hair shine spray has the same scent as the Marc Jacobs perfume in the black top bottle. It had sunscreen and shine all in one, and smelled great. Where did it go.?

Yes they used to sell them in Sephora in a rollerball for something like 25$, but they pulled them from Sephora and every other store it seems. I couldn't find them anywhere, only daisy, dot, lola, etc'. I did however magically find a bunch on an army base recently, so I stocked up and am listing a few on 'popular auction site' if you're interested...
