Questions & Answers for Clinique True Bronze Pressed Powder Bronzer

Question
Is Sunkissed pink??
Does Sunkissed have more of a pink color than brown? I have brown eyes and hair, i'm fairly tan overall. Not sure if Sunkissed would give me that tan glow?

I have dark skin as well and sun-kissed gives me the perfect "glow" in the winter and summer months. Sometimes I use it all over my face and neck in the winter time and I don't need anything else on at all! Just moisturizer and this bronzer and I am set for the day.

No it's more of a brown/gold color. I usually put the bronzer on and then blush on over it.

It's only a brown color. I have fairly tan skin, dark hair, and dark eyes, and it's still my absolute favorite bronzer to use. It gives me more of a natural glowing look. And it provides me with a flawless finished look.

No. This does not have any pink in it. This gives the look of being tan on your face if you don't want to put your face in the sun. Very natural looking.Love this product. Give it a try, I'm sure you will be happy with it.

Hi! Since you are tanned, have brown eyes and hair your best bet would be "Sunkissed". I got that one and I love it, with the same features as you. "Sunkissed" isn't that pink. It's more of a very light brown but "Sunswept" is more of a pink.

Tarte vs. Clinique
While tarte has a more matte finish and will probably show up on your face more, Clinique has some golden sheen and is very forgiving when you blend it out well. While both bronzes are great for different reasons, I recommend going into the store and trying both of them out so that you can get a feel for the product. Although with your description I think you'll favor the Clinique the best.

I am also extremely pale and I have found Tarte's bronzers hard to blend and a liiiiitle bit muddy looking. I have used this for forever and I love it. I never get that "wow, she's wearing bronzer" look with this. Btw, it goes on great with a big brush-especially the bronzer one from Clinique.

Clinique Bronzer in Sunkissed should work well for you.It gives you a light bronzy glow or you can go alittle darker for summer. Nongreasy and very natural looking. I wouldn't be without it..

I have not tried Tarte matte waterproof bronzer, but I've been using Clinique's bronzer for years. I am also very pale. I like it a lot. However, it is not waterproof.

Tarte is a lot more natural in color. The Tarte is more of a light "brown" color and it's matte which I personally prefer. Out of these two, Clinique would look more like a spray tan in color (on light skin).

I'm also very pale and use this in "sunkissed." It doesn't look at all fake, just a sunkissed glow is added to my face.

I have acne-prone skin and did not experience breakouts. I would recommend reviewing the ingredients to ensure you are not allergic to anything in the product. Sephora has a great return policy. I have returned products that did not work well with my skin, no questions asked.

I have very sensitive skin and I have been using Clinique products over 10 years now and have thankfully never experienced any break outs with any of them yet. However, everyone is different so you have to try it for yourself, both Sephora and Clinique counters are great with returns if a product doesn't suit you for whatever reason. Hope that helps.

Absolutely not! Clinique products are usually the best in helping to prevent breakouts. This one is light enough to not cause any problems. Just make sure your brush is always clean.

Yes, the brush you see in the picture but , I always through it away because it is not really a bronzing brush. You could use it for a blush brush.

I have light skin and hazel eyes and I bought sunkissed. It's more of a brown/gold color so I have to put blush on over it to make it look more natural. It's totally worth it since I don't have to use much of the product.

I have light to medium skin aswell, and I buy the 02 Sunkissed shade, it's a perfect shade because it's not too orange and it definitely doesn't have a pink tone to it. If you'd like, you can make it darker by applying more on a certain area.

I am fair and I have sunkissed. Not red or orange at all. You can apply more if you would like more color. I have never tried the other color. I think it would be too dark for me.

The Clinique "True Bronze" compact is .33 oz. / 9.6 g -- it's a good sized compact and comes with a handy brush. You don't need very much of this powder, so it will last you a long time.

answer 3
I suppose most any makeup product will break down if your face gets wet enough... but I have worn this product through workouts before with no problem. After PE you may want to blot your face to remove moisture, use a makeup sponge to smooth out your makeup and refresh, then reapply the bronzer. It's lightweight so it's hard to use too much. You can also help your makeup last longer by setting with a colorless translucent powder (colorless so it doesn't affect the color of your bronzer!) Hope this helps!
