Yes, the cream is a white color, and yes, I found it to be great for dry skin (I use Retin-A, which can be really drying and irritating). Because my skin is so sensitive, a lot of eye products with antioxidants / collagen stimulators / etc. will sting, irritate and cause dryness, and this one definitely does not!

A few months ago I started using the All About Eyes-Rich at night (but still use Repairwear in the am) because I live in a very dry climate and needed a little extra moisture. I couldn't be more happy and truly believe in this stuff.

Yes, it is recommended for both am & pm use. As a former smoker and still loving hanging out around my pool, I have similar skin issues. I have been having great results with the Superdefense SPF 25 moisturizer (am) & Super Rescue Antioxidant Night moisturizer (pm). I received great advice at the Clinique counter about the importance of "sealing in" the rest of your skincare with antioxidants to allow intensive repair overnight. Hope that helps!
