This is extremely soothing and moisturising. Great for putting on just before bed. Wake up with skin feeling plumped up and hydrated!

My eyes are really sensitive and this does not bother them at all. It fells soothing.

This was a gentle product and did not irritate my sensitive skin. However, all it did was depuff. If you are looking for something that diminishes dark circles and fine lines, and adds moisture, this is not it. Try Bliss Youth as We Know It eye cream.

This gel is not a concealer, but it will help reduce dark circles. There is no burning that I have found.

I have noticed a reduction in darkness. Also, it is a perfect primer for applying additional concealer as it is smoothing like a gel and absorbs like a cream and makeup glides on over it.

I would not say this product is more effective than other products. I think if you used other products in the past that have worked and do not feel like spending $100 or more, this will be helpful in maintaining whatever lightness resulting from the other products. I have used Hylexin, PTR Power K Eye, Hydroxatone and this product. I find that this has maintained all my results. Although the dark under eye circles are not gone completely, they have reduced significantly. I think each product varies for each individual. I got my dark circles from weight loss and heredity and I hear that Hylexin does not work for hereditary dark circles. I have found the best results from Power K Eye. This product is best for hydrating the under eye area before putting undereye concealer, in my opinion.

It's amazing for dark circles! I bought it for my mom because she has/had crazy dark circles pretty much black lol.. and now they are significantly increased! Totally recommend it for that!

I have tried more expensive and have tried cheaper eye creams. I keep coming back to Clinique all about eyes. It does what it says. It refreshes and sooths my eyes, and the puffiness seems to dissappear with each use. The product melts invisibly into the skin. It does not have any color. I find myself needing undereye concealer less and less with each use.

It's a moisturizer, not a concealer, so it doesn't have any color. It helps to eliminate lines and minimize circles by moisturizing and plumping the skin around the eye.

Nope, it doesn't cover up dark circles, it's supposed to get rid of them. For me, it doesn't get rid of my dark circles completely (then again, I haven't been using it for that long), but it definitley brightened up the skin around my eyes--there was a noticeable difference after the first day! I definitley recommend it.

I have oily skin and I use this. I put it on a little heavy at night, and when I wake up, its not greasy gross from over night. I also tap the product under my eyes as opposed just swiping.

I have oily skin, so I have to be careful with eye creams or my make up ends up running and smudging to raccoon eyes by noon. NOT with this product. I love it; but do tend to use it at night more than in the am. Twice a day did make my eye area a little too moist.

I agree that you should ask your own doctor. I asked my OB-Gyn and she said it was safe to use (but she asked to see the container first!). I used it all throughout my pregnancy and it was a relief to wear make-up that made me feel better about myself and my skin.

But I used this mainly for my dark circles and so far it worked on fading my dark circles and my wrinkles. It works pretty fast so remember, if u don't like it, u can always return it at sephora.

I feel you're pain. I'm 25 and have them...and no, it did not help my wrinkles, dark circles, or puffiness at all. It only moisturized temporarily which doesn't make it worth the price. I wish I would have held on to the box and recent so I could exchange it for something that works. I also used this products every morning and night for weeks and seen no results.

I don't think it will totally get rid of the fine lines around your eyes. It will just make them less noticeable. It brightens the area around the eye and reduces the puffiness. If you have deep set lines this will unfortunately not make them disappear. I think this would be great if you just want to make them less noticeable and moisturize the eye. Good luck!

I am only 22 but I have fine lines (my dermatologist says "everyone ages at different rates" -great). This product did not improve them in the slightest, after using it am and pm for 5 weeks.

I do notice a difference in fine lines around the eyes although nothing dramatic.

It's no miracle worker... It hasn't gotten rid of any fine lines, but I'm hoping that it will help keep new ones away. Lots of moisture - but not thick or oily. The texture is really smooth and silky.

I don't know what they're talking about by drying. Not once has this product ever dried out or "dried to a powder" on my skin. It's very moisturizing and sinks into your skin in about two minutes. It's great for under primer or any kind of concealer or foundation because I use it about 5 minutes before I put my makeup on for the day and I never have any problems. It's also formulated to hold eye makeup in place. Good luck.

this is really a prep product, so yes, use it before primer and moisturizer. I focus this mostly on the sides of my eyes and underneath. I stil put some on my lids, but not as a primer, more just preventative. wait till it dries before you do your moisturizer, and then your primer.

I've never noticed a dry, powdery texture. I allow this to dry prior to using my undereye make-up.

This doesn't dry to a powdery finish at all. I also use an eye primer and have no problems putting it over tip of the eye cream. I do tend to have about 15 minutes between applying the eye cream and before I put on my make up (while i get dressed).

I would recommend a cream that firms and moisturises. Clinique sells a wonderful cream Anti Gravity eye cream. (There are many to choose from, but if you wanted to stay within the Clinique brand) .

for your age demographic i would probably use something a bit more reversing. this eye cream is more preventative as it is more to reduce dark circles and not deeper lines and wrinkles. I would go for the Clinique Youth Surge eye cream and moisturizer. That eye cream isnt much more than this one but will deliver better results

I don't think so, you need more addvanced products to do that, this is a really basic eye cream for hydration.

I think you should try it. I'm 56, oily skin, and I really like this product. You can return it, but I bet you will want to keep it.

No, this is not the rich one! It feels rich but there is a different product that is the "rich" one.

This is not the rich one. I wouldn't recommend the rich one for day time unless you have super dry eyes. I got a sample of the rich one and used it at night and it's fine but I still like this one better. The rich one would not work for me for day time.

It's a very light product. But it works as good as any rich cream.
I've tried a lancome cream, which is rich and this clinique cream is quite the opposite but works the same.
