It depends on your skin texture. If your skin is very rough, every other day should be enough because you don't won't do over-exfoliate which can cause irritation. If your skin isn't that rough, once or twice a week should be enough.

It depends on the exfoliant. If you are using a light one then you could use it daily. If it is a thicker one then I suggest using it once a week.

It really depends on your skin. I think the overall consensus is that twice a week will do well for most. If you have oily skin and/or live in a hot climate you need to do it more since the sweat and oils from yoru skin accumulate dead cells faster.
If your skin is delicate or very dry you might want to consider doing it less so that you don't strip away healthy cells. After a while you should notice when your skin needs it, but it takes some time to get used to. Hope this helped!

I think it might be basically the same thing... this is all i have been able to find as Sparkle Skin.... the other i think came in a jar and had a little stronger scent.

The cream is thicker and comes in a jar -- so you actually have to portion it out. This product is in a tube and you can just squeeze it onto your bath sponge -- very easy to apply and use.

I was told it was, thats why I bought it for use before a spray tan and it worked great. So not oil based.

It does not state oil free, just 100% fragrance free, but I have really oily skin and it has never irritated it or caused any blemishes and leaves no residue. I often use soap or body wash after. The beads are really granular and I like it better than any natural product because they are round and do not hurt your skin, just perfectly exfoliate.

No - I don't find this product to be greasy at all. It doesn't dry my skin out but it has no greasy feel to it and washes clean off.
