Yes, Clinique Superbalm does have petroleum...I believe it is the main ingredient, based on my experience. If you are looking for a high quality all-natural lip treatment product, I would suggest Sugar by Fresh. It instantly moisturizes lips and works great alone, as a night treatment, or a lipstick base.
