Although I don't have "wrinkles" per se, due to my eye shape, I do have one "line" under each eye. Whenever concealers settle into them, it makes me look like I have wrinkles and is notably aging. So far, I have yet to come across a liquid concealer (which is the only type I'll use for my under eye area) that is completely crease resistant.
I recommend getting an under eye primer, or just use an eyeshadow primer all along the under eye. CoverFX has one, but it's fairly costly. I personally use the Clarins Instant Light base. It not only helps your concealer from creasing, but it also helps to brighten any dark circles you might have. It's been a life saver for me, and I couldn't imagine living without it.
Hope this helps!

I don't really have fine lines around my eyes so i don't know how much help this will be but i have found that it covers acne and redness well, but also that when i get bags under my eyes from not sleeping that it covers that up really nicely too and you don't even notice. I hope i was some help!
