Yes, I believe they are one and the same. However, It's definitely cheaper to get the women's version: $24 for 4.2 oz or $5.71/oz whereas the men's version is $20 for 3.4 oz or $5.88/oz.

i noticed that too! smells and looks the same,, same color...wouldn't be surprised if it was the same thing.

I contacted Clinque directly when I hadn't received an answer. The two lotions are the same.

It is similar to the dramatically different lotion, but is better suited for a man's skin.
