Yes, you can use this everyday because it has a cream base and is not as abrasive as some other exfoliators. I would recommend using this only once or twice a week because you shouldn't scrub too often, it can dry out your face, but you know your skin and can decide how often you use this.

I wouldn't recommend using an exfoliating cleanser every day of the week. If you have oily skin or live in a humid/hot climate you can get away with using it 2-3 times a week. If you live in a drier climate or experience harsh winter weather, once a week is fine.

I think it is safe to use it for more than 7 days. But the reason why i dont use it everyday is because any product that is used on your skin will be used to it. So i take a break and use it again, and it feel just as effective as day 1 =) hope that helps

Hi there!

I believe that the name refers to fact that you "take off a week's worth of dirt/grime" with the exfoliating cream.

I use it once or twice a week, depending on how my skin feels. I would try it once a week first, and if that doesn't seem effective for you, start bumping up the usage. I have sensitive skin, so I wouldn't do it more than three times a week.

Hope that helps!

Use 2-3 times a week, depending on how you think you need it. Start with 2, then work up to 3 or so. Every other day. Like Mon,, Wed., and Sat. Wet face, then apply enough to go all over, like a quarter size. Massage it all over for about a minute. Then rinse, and pat dry. Follow with soap to help rinse off.

What is special is that you can use it anyway that works for YOU.
I have mature skin so i massage it on dry clean skin and rinse in the shower. You can always use a toner after however I find the mousture left behind is what make me glow more. When I was younger I would use it before shower and then wash with a gentle soap to clear the residue. See what works for you.

You use it once a week on a clean damp face. (I typically use it in the shower.) I squeeze a quarter sized dollop into my hand then dab it on my forehead, nose, chin, and each cheek. Using slow circular motions I gently buff my skin with the scrub and my finger tips until I feel like I've done enough. Rinse with warm water. Personally, I like to follow with my medicated acne wash right after rinsing the scrub.
