Questions & Answers for Clinique Continuous Coverage

Question
undereyes
would this be alright as an undereye concealer?

answer 1
Yes. I use the Continuous Coverage all over my face, including the undereye area as I have hereditary undereye circles. I wanted my makeup to look uniform. I confess I do add an extra concealer (All About Eyes concealer) with a brush because I feel too self conscious about the circles. That's just me.

Ivory Glow is a good color. I have the same complexion with pink undertones. It's not too light and won't make you look pasty.

go to a sephora store or another that carries it and ask to see the packaging. They have to let you see it. It's easy at Sephora because their displays are right in front of you and you don't need help from a salesperson. No, I don't work for the company, just find it easy to shop there.

If you can, go to the nearest Sephora or department store and ask to see the package. The ingredients are listed on it. I could copy them from the package to this spot, but it would take too much space.

I don't have the box anymore but I know it has as an active ingredient for the SPF 15 titanium dioxide in it. That is a natural mineral that does not harm your skin.

I think its #15. It's got titanium dioxide as its sunscreen ingredient. If you worry about sun protection, like I do,. use SuperCity Block #40 underneath it. It has zinc oxide and titanium dioxide that acts as a physical sunblock. I've used it for years and will continue to use it until I'm 100, easy. I'm 67 now so I have a ways to go.

Used to be SPF 12, now SPF 15 I believe...Use your normal sunscreen in addition to this...SPF is not high enough to use this product alone...but AMAZING product! I swear by it for covering port wine stains on my face!

If you're looking for complete coverage, then yes, use it on your legs, but BLEND WELL it streaks easily. I would mix this foundation with lotion before applying to your legs

I had asked a Clinique salesperson at Macy's and she said emphatically "NO". I also worry about products being discontinued because that's happened to me in the past when I fall in love with a product. So, I think you're safe.

Probably creamy glow. My skin isn't even extremely fair and creamy glow (the lightest color) was much too dark for me.

I don't know if light means lighter than fair or darker. I have fair skin with red undertones. I use "Ivory Glow" because it has a pink undertone and I hate foundations with yellow undertones. I don't want to look jaundiced!

IMO it ACCENTUATED my pores (and other flaws for that matter). I think maybe the thicker texture is sort of dry, and therefore it doesn't "float" over the skin, but, rather, sinks into it :(
