I do not have sensitive skin at all, but at times I do fine these pads to be too much when combined with my Clarisonic. These pads aren't meant to be scrubbed onto the face (I didn't know that originally, I just happened to read the inside label one day), just gently wiped. I have noticed that if I make sure not to scrub too hard, my skin is fine. I really only use my Clarisonic Mia in the mornings now, so I have noticed that if I do get any redness or sensitivity from using both at the same time, by the time I put on my serums, moisturizers, and make up--any redness or sensitivity has gone away!

I find these pads to be fairly gentle - you should be able to use both consecutively but I would definitely recommend using a moisturizer afterward.

I cleanse with a medicated wash with my clarisonic, brush my teeth after drying my face, and then use a pad before moisturizing. It hasn't upset my skin at all and I've been noticeably clearer. Although everyone's skin is different, I'd give it a try!

Yes, you can use these after washing your face with Mia brush. I use mine with the brush labeled "For problem skin" and I also have somewhat sensitive skin. One word of advise: you may want to use gentle cleanser and not the one labeled for acne. Those usually have salicylic acid or other anti-acne ingredients that in combination with the peel pads may be too drying or irritating for your skin.
I think it would be overkill if you have sensitive skin. I wouldn't use the Mia more than 1-2x a week, per my aesthetician. It's to harsh on problem skin and over exfoliation can lead to dry patches. I would use these pads on the days you are not using the Mia, morning and at night for best results.
