Question
What exactly does this mask do?
I have mild acne issues, but those are covered by DDF's Sulfur Mask (which btw, is amazing). I'm looking for a mask to relax with, like a mock spa treatment at home. I read that this is a gel texture, so I'm interested. What exactly does it do though? Does it brighten? Hydrate? Plump? I don't have much skin issues, although lightening acne scars is a goal of mine.

this mask is very relaxing. I leave it on for 20 minutes and then sometimes apply a hot damp washcloth for a few minutes and let steam before rinsing. It is very moisturizing but it goes on like a gel. Plus it lasts for quite a while. If softens the skin and improves the appearance.

I have acne as well as horrible scarring. I experience brightening and mega-hydration. Both are great for acne. It also calms my skin so the next morning it is less red.

This mask is definitely a treat to the senses. It dramatically hydrates and gently exfoliates your skin. It tingles and leaves a cool sensation on your skin, which feels so nice, plus it has a very soothing smell.
Also, the enzymes help with new blemishes. It has definitely helped heal my breakouts; even a deep one that was just forming on my chin. It healed in only 2 days, which is very fast to me.
The results are definitely not instant or dramatic, but if you want to treat your skin to a soothing, hydrating treatment then I recommend this mask. it basically leaves my skin smooth, refreshed, and vibrant. But it's not a miracle product that will cure all your blemishes and make your pores disappear... It does come very close though! :)

It's a hydrating and calming mask for the face. It is a clear gel texture but it is super cooling and I would say definitely like an at home spa!

This mask uses enzymes to remove dead skin cells. I think it does feel similar to a spa treatment in the fact that it tingles and soothes with lavendar.

if you're looking for an at-home spa treatment, this is for you!
it helps moisturize your skin & leaves it looking brighter after. it doesn't make any claims of actually treating anything.. just a nice skin pick me up a couple of times a week.
