I personally don't used tinted mosturizer, but I've watched a YouTube video where a women had tinted mosturizer on and she then applied the Secret Camouflage concealer over that and her skin looked great.

You could try applying the concealer before the mosturizer too.

It's build able coverage so yes, I use it wit smashbox bb cream & it blends great

I use my concealer with a sheer tinted moisturizer. I use the tinted moisturizer and then put the concealer over it and recommend matifying your face with a light powder because I find the dewy complexion with a matt under eye looks weird.

I am laura mercier certified, so i have the answer:

the proper way to use this product is by taking a concealer brush and get one color on one side of the brush, flip the brush over and get the OTHER color on the OTHER side of the brush. Then you take your brush and blend the two colors on the back of your hand. Once the two colors are completely mixed, apply product where needed.

Once you become more comfortable with the product, you can adjust how much of each color you need. (for example, maybe more of the pink undertone vs the yellow undertone shade)

This product is BEST used for all over the face except for the eye area. Use the secret concealer for the eye area.

I got this advice from kandee johnson of YouTube fame (kandeejohnson is her channel. Basically, she uses the "light" color (for SC-1 this is on the right, but think it may be on the left for the other colors) for undereye, eyelid, etc. Then she uses the "darker" color (on the left with SC-1) for pimple coverup and general concealing. Nobody's face is 1 color, so you use the two shades as needed for canceling out dark circles (with the light) and blemishes (with the dark). Hope this helps.

You could use both -- use the Secret Camoflague to hit the inner corner of the eye area where it's darkest, then use the Touche Eclat in the area where the cheekbone meets the undereye area - the highlight there will draw more attention to your cheekbone and away from the dark circles. Experiment!

I only started having dark under eye circles when I had children (apparently getting up several times a night does that to a gal!). I find that the secret camoflauge works GREAT at covering under eye circles (as well as brown spots and pimples) without looking cakey. My new routine includes LM tinted moisterizer, the secret camoflauge as needed and then her pressed powder to set it all. I think my skin looks better than it has in a while...

No not really. It creases a little under the eyes, but if you rub it out, it looks fine.

Absolutely NOT! This is one concealer that does not settle into lines.

i think this product will only accentuate your acne by gathering in the infected pore and around the base of the acne.

Not sure if you've already recieved answers, but I have a few small blemishes and then a dark spot or two from acne and it covers it really nice.

This product provides amazing coverage to basic acne scar and blemish issues. As I just provided in my review, it will cover just about anything. My only suggestion is that you go into a store to determine the right shade. Once you apply this product, foundation, and powder I think you would be very impressed with the end result without feeling too made up or taking too much time. Hope this is helpful to you.

I have acne, and I bought this specifically to hide it. This actually works wonders because it doesn't budge even on extremely oily skin, and you can customize the shade depending on if the blemish is new or healing. It doesn't settle into any cracks or dry skin that results from acne treatment, and it doesn't irritate existing blemishes or cause new blemishes. This doesn't advertise as being oil free, but it does not clog pores.

I have acne prone skin & haven't encountered any problems/issues using this product. It doesn't specify whether it is oil free, but I have not noticed it creating excess oil on my face after application. As for applying the camouflage, I use the Secret Camouflage brush. It is very easy to apply using the brush because it allows you to be very precise, filling in areas that you might not be able to get using your fingers. Plus, it is not the best idea to use your hands/fingers to apply make-up because of the transfer of germs/bacteria to your face, especially if you're acne prone.

Try the sc3 it's brightening and when the two shades are combined, it matches my olive skin perfectly!

Well it depends on what you are trying to conceal, I bought a lighter shade because i bought it to conceal my dark circles and it is amazing. If you are using it to cover redness use the more olive one because the green undertones will cancel out the red color (they are complements on the color wheel, when you mix them you get a nutreal color)

When I asked the MUA what shade I was she used a white sponge to apply it.

I rubbed my finger on the concealer in its compact then applied it directly to my face and that worked the best, especially on dryer areas on my face.

Some areas on my face (less dry places) I rubbed my concealer brush on the concealer in its compacts then applied it to my face.

A sales associate first applied it on me with Sephora's concealer airbrush and that's what I've been doing ever since. The product seems a little dry if you try to use your fingers but the brush really does the trick.

Everything appears yellowy on my skin! But SC1 is not yellowy at all. One shade is a light neutral beige, and the other side is practically colorless. This is a good alternative if your skin tans or if you want a multi function concealer that will work on dark circles, birthmarks, and blemishes. If your skin tone seems to change, having two shade options should work to your benefit. The shades blend super easily, and you can make the right combination fairly quickly. Once you start to apply the product you'll see immediately whether you need to add more of the lighter or darker shade.

I have rosy skin tones and very fair skin and quite honestly this is a little yellow on the lightest side. The other side might work just fine for you, though.
