I am fair-skinned, and the lightest color worked great. Light beige 200 looks a little light in the pic, but it's not real light. The great thing about this color is that there is no hint of any kind of weird color tint.

I use the lightest shade # 200 and I have fairly light skin. I would not say that I am super fair but Im usually the second or third lightest color of foundation, for most manufacturers. And it does blend well.

Question
What type of powder should I use with this product?
I like to apply powder after my foundation to "set" everything. What should be used with this product? I only see one pressed powder product by Dior.

I don't think any powder looked good with it, because it ruins that "airbrush" dewy glow. That's the problem with this product.

As a powder junkie who has tried hundreds of pressed and loose powders, I can highly recommend Make Up Forever's newest loose powder - HD High Definition Powder. I LOVE IT!!!!! I apply it with my own sponge rather than a powder brush. (It does not come with either). It is colorless, blurs flaws, makes pores literally invisible and creates a fabulous matte look. A little goes a long way, so start sparingly with your application. Along with my Dior Airflash, it creates results that I love! And Sephora carries it!!! =)

Hope this helps!

400 - Honey is the darkest shade. It works well for tanned and olive skin. If your skin is darker than this I would be afraid it is too light for your skintone.

Honestly, I'm not sure you can. I recommend reading the reviews posted here on Sephora. I find that many of them do make comments about color & whether it was too light or too dark, etc. Usually the posters will describe their skintone when making their comments. This should give you some idea.

I can also tell you personally that 400 - Honey works well on suntanned or olive toned skin. This is the color I use. I actually chose the color for myself after seeing a picture of Jessica Alba in In Style magazine where her makeup artist detailed the products he used for her photo - and 400 -Honey was the color. This is how I was first exposed to the product.
Hope this helps!

Personally, I like to spray it lightly all over my chin, cheeks, nose, and forehead, and use a makeup sponge (such as Sephora's wedge or square sponges) to blend. Then, it spray a little directly on the sponge and dab it on areas where I want a little more coverage.

You can also apply it with a foundation brush and get the same result. Just spray it on the brush and go from there, however, you will use more of the product by doing it that way.

I have combination skin with breakouts at my ripe age and it is better cover and clean application. You can use an application wedge with powder as it is easy to work with.

Regarding it being oil free, I'm not sure...but you can check the ingredients, which are listed by Sephora on the product page.

Regarding blending - I spray it directly on my face & then lightly blend around my hairline, sides of nose, neck, under eyes, etc., by gently "tapping" with my finger tips. This works very well for me. I have read reviews where other users state that they actually blend it with a kabuki type brush & have great results. I haven't tried this, as my method works for me & is super quick & easy.

Hope this helps!

Question
What shade should I buy?
I currently wear bare essentials in medium beige. I'd rather it be a little lighter in color as my skin gets pretty pale in the winter. (The little picture example shades never seem to match what I actually get). Help!

if you want to add coverage through the day...try the diorforever compact powder...it adds a similar finish to the airflash. If you want to brighten and conceal darkness...throw the skinflash pen in shade 002 in your bag....it hides dark circles...marionette lines...lifts brows....etc.

Question
Need color help, light medium neutral Irish/Italian hard to match skin...
I have medium neutral brown hair, hazel eyes (gold and green flecks)light/medium skin that is extremely difficult to match. My skin can easily swing from neutral to warm to neutral to cool, looks most natural as a creamy neutral beige. Various undertones of peachy pink, gold and olive can be detected. Any suggestions? I currently can wear Estee Lauder Double Wear in Fresco and Chanel in Shell Beige. Thanks!

well...this foundation has a limited shade range..so you may have to compromise here...because its an airbrush finish though....you don't have to get the shade exactly right...as i recommend spraying the product on a blush brush or any natural hair kabuki brush and buffing from the cheeks outward....if your have golden undertones go with the 301....if you are more neutral to pink...go for 300.
