I've been using it for about 2 yrs and I've tried every which way to use it! I definately see better results with twice a day use, but once a day will work (do to price I tend to use just once a day). When I'm preparing for a special event I really slather it on twice a day, and I notice a big difference. I would say it depends on your body size. I use enough that after massaging a thigh or butt cheek for 20-30 sec, my skin is still damp. It usually takes about 30sec to dry after that. I'm 5'8 and in good shape...thin, not skinny. I use about a quarter size blob for each thigh. I also use that much for my stomach and low back together. I use slightly less than that for both butt cheeks together. Hope this helps!

I use more than a quarter size each leg and I also put it on my hips and stomach. So the bottle was gone in about 5-6 weeks.

It takes a few weeks to see the full results but I only use it once a day, whereas it states to use it two times a day-but I just never have time in the morning; and hey it works for me even with once a day.

Sorry. Seems to only work while you are using it. I alternate with a less expensive product every few months...or sometimes I skip it all together. The cellulite definately gets worse when I do that and it definately improves when I start using it again.

I saw result's immediately if you use it like I describe in my review. It help's skin tone for sure and basically it help's when you use it, but if you stop, it's not going to work unless you reach the cellulite free point..fat cell's don't go away, they just get smaller and massaging help's drain them.

If I was pregnant, I would be using the "Mustela" products... I can't tell about the efficiency during pregnancy because I just learn about it but I can tell that they are specifically formulated for pregnant women and that they don't have parabens and other chemicals ingredients that I was avoiding while pregnant. I am about to try their firming product because I am currently breastfeeding and was looking for a product without paraben. Good try!

Always check with your physician if a product is safe to use while pregnant if you are unsure. The list of ingredients for the Murad serum is listed on the website, so be sure to check with your doctor first!
